South Burnett’s shift to Snap Send Solve as a key reporting channel has meant less time on the phone and more time getting things done. Instead of slow, manual processes, locals can now report issues with a few taps—and 129% more of them are doing just that compared to last year.

To reinforce Snap Send Solve as a primary channel, South Burnett has integrated it into community videos and messaging. This sends a clear message: the easiest way to help improve your town is right in your pocket.

With 91% of reports including a photo, council teams get accurate info, faster. This has directly supported their liveability plan—making shared spaces safer, cleaner and more inclusive for everyone. From cleaner parks to quicker graffiti clean-ups, Snap Send Solve has helped make small fixes feel big.

Reports That Get Results

Better data, better service, and happier communities

The value isn’t just in the volume of reports—it’s in the quality. With GPS location accuracy and a 91% photo attachment rate, council teams have the info they need to solve faster.

And the results speak for themselves:

  • 22.7% of reports are rated by the community—showing strong local engagement and creating a two-way dialogue that gives Council real-time insights into satisfaction levels.
  • An impressive 4.6 out of 5 stars for resolution satisfaction in 2024—beating the Queensland average by over 10%.
  • 94% of Snappers were satisfied with how their rubbish and bins reports were resolved.
