He leads our team with passion and positivity, and no surprise here - he's the top contributor to the office leaderboard for Snaps.

Meet Amelie, the Quality Assurance Engineer who ensures perfection in every line of code. Amelie’s favourite place in the world is New Zealand's beauty and her favourite food is ice cream. Amelie's dedication ensures smooth sailing for every software launch.

Customer Success Manager

Andrew, our Solver superhero, swiftly tackles any customer issue. He's particularly bothered by dumped rubbish and uses Snap Send Solve to report it. Outside work, he indulges his love for travel during his spare time, exploring new places and cultures.

Introducing Jess, our Head of Commercial. When she's not strategising on the latest big-picture issue, she's hanging out with her dog, Rocky, or Snapping dumped rubbish issues in her neighbourhood. With her legal smarts and eye for detail, Jess brings productivity and compassion to the team.

With fifteen years experience across technology, communications, and customer experience he’s spent the last 5 years focusing on predominantly on enhancing digital experiences with government.
