Which organisations receive Snap Send Solve reports?

Snap Send Solve allows you to send reports to all councils in Australia and New Zealand, along with a number of other Solvers including utilities such as water and power providers, telcos, supermarket retailers, universities and state government departments.

Most Solvers receive reports for free. In addition, a number of Solvers are Enterprise Subscribers. Learn more about some of our Subscribing authorities.

How do we make money?

The Snap Send Solve team works hard to provide free and easy reporting to all Australians and New Zealanders. This means that we only charge organisations if they wish to receive additional functionality, customisations or integration with our platform.

This additional functionality means that organisations can request additional information about an incident, so that Snapped issues get Solved faster. Some examples of Enterprise customers Solving better include:

  • Removing manual data entry through CRM integration, speeding up issue resolution
  • SMS alerts sent to officers in the field, e.g. parking officers who can receive and Solve reports faster and on the go
  • Being able to prioritise time-sensitive reports after requesting additional information from Snappers, such as ‘is this graffiti offensive?’
  • Detailed data and insights to help identify hotspots in the community and implement prevention measures
Who pays for Snap Send Solve?

Every local council receives Snaps from our app for free. Some local councils choose to pay for a Snap Send Solve Enterprise licence. This means they have the option to integrate Snap Send Solve reports into their systems. They can also access a variety of additional features and customisations to make the solving process even more efficient.

Non-council organisations also pay to receive Snap Send Solve reports. These include telcos, water authorities, trolley retailers, power companies etc. Some of these organisations receive reports for free depending on their impact on bettering the shared spaces around us.
