Swift Action on Hate-Speech Graffiti in Sydney

City of Sydney councillor Linda Scott is pushing for a game-changing initiative: the removal of hate-speech graffiti within one hour of reporting.

Our Snap Send Solve data has revealed a concerning trend—graffiti incidents in New South Wales have spiked by 27% so far this year. Over a quarter of these Snaps contain offensive content, including discriminatory language and inappropriate images.

Our CEO, Danny Gorog, has been vocal about the impact of such graffiti on community spaces. "This kind of graffiti seems to be especially prevalent on playgrounds, which is unsuitable for children to see," he says. Swift action is necessary to maintain the safety and integrity of our public areas.
