2020 was the biggest year of all time for Snap Send Solve, thanks to you!
Throughout last year Snap Send Solve received over 437,000 reports, compared to 2019 when we received 345,000 reports. This was a national increase of 27.5%.

Our top three most reported Incident Types throughout 2020 were Dumped Rubbish, Illegal Parking and Overgrown Vegetation. We’d like to say thank you to our community of dedicated Snappers who have helped us become the most popular incident reporting app in Australia.
