Camden Council has been named one of the top five councils in NSW in the 2024 Snap Send Solve Solver of the Year Awards for their outstanding commitment to addressing community-reported issues.
Now in their third year, the Solver of the Year Awards celebrate top-performing councils and organisations across Australia and New Zealand for their responsiveness and effectiveness in resolving issues reported through Snap Send Solve.
Located in Sydney’s southwest, Camden Council is one of the fastest-growing local government areas in Australia, with a population exceeding 130,000. Known for its blend of heritage charm and rapid urban expansion, the council serves a diverse community, balancing new developments with a strong commitment to maintaining livability and green spaces.
Among the 158 councils using Snap Send Solve in NSW, Camden Council stood out with an impressive 87% customer experience satisfaction rating, surpassing the state average of 73.8% and highlighting their commitment to resolving issues quickly and effectively.
Camden Council actively seeks feedback through its Voice of Customer program, ensuring residents have a say in shaping their community. By consistently listening and responding to concerns, the council strengthens trust and engagement with its residents.
Camden’s high volume of reports and resident feedback demonstrates the scalability of Snap Send Solve’s platform, enabling the council to efficiently manage issues while contributing valuable data that drives service improvements.
