[Webinar] Australians mark down council performance in 2026, but some councils are bucking the trend

Inside the 2026 Community Satisfaction Index

What does it take to be the council with the most satisfied customers in the country?

The results from Snap Send Solve’s annual Community Satisfaction Index are in, and they show that Australians are less satisfied with their councils in 2026 than they were last year, though some councils are bucking the trend.

Join us for a live webinar to hear from the CEOs of Australia's best performing councils, as they join Snap Send Solve CEO Danny Gorog for a panel discussion on how to improve community sentiment whilst managing frontline resources. You'll also gain an exclusive first look at the 2026 Index data before the full report goes public.

What we’ll cover:

  • A sneak peek at the 2026 Community Satisfaction Index, to see how councils are performing across the nation
  • What top-performing councils are doing to improve community sentiment
  • What councils are getting right, and where things go wrong

The Community Satisfaction Index, developed by Snap Send Solve, is the most comprehensive national benchmark for how residents rate their councils’ performance. Drawing on more than 200,000 real-time ratings and over 17,000 survey responses, it assesses performance across service delivery, responsiveness and communication.
