Our Journey So Far
Snap Send Solve has always aimed to make a significant difference in communities by making it easy for Snappers to report issues to Solvers across Australia and New Zealand. Since 2013, our software platform has empowered over half a million Snappers to send nearly 4 million reports, driving positive change in their neighbourhoods.
For Solvers, we’ve built a platform that allows for genuine community engagement and efficient management of Snaps, whether via our API or Portal.
Our Last 12 Months
Over the past year, we’ve been on a journey to improve our platform for Snappers and the Solvers alike. We’re recommitted to our vision to empower every individual to improve shared spaces around them.
Our Rebrand
While the essence of what we do remains unchanged, we're excited to share our refreshed brand. Wanting to reflect our growing uptake and new capabilities of our platform, our brand celebrates the Snappers and Solvers using Snap Send Solve everyday. Communities across Australia and New Zealand already use Snap Send Solve as a verb — and we wanted to make it even easier for our users to identify with us.
Introducing Scout
Our new brand mascot, Scout embodies the spirit of community service and the impact that each one of us can make using Snap Send Solve. Scout will be your guide, cheerleader, and companion in the journey toward making our shared spaces better for everyone. So, the next time you use Snap Send Solve, keep an eye out for Scout — they're here to remind you how powerful community action can be!

We are incredibly grateful for the support, feedback, and trust that you have placed in us over the years.
