August: AI-powered incident suggestions

We’ve made a few key updates to the Solver Portal to help your team work faster, stay informed, and manage reports with even more confidence.

From AI-powered suggestions to a more flexible report list, these changes are designed to give you better visibility and smoother day-to-day workflows.

Here’s what’s new this month.

AI-powered suggestions

You’ll now see suggested incident types on each Snap, visible to all Solvers, so you can get a sense of how our AI interprets common issues.

Enterprise Solvers can take it further by updating the incident type directly in the Portal, making it easier to keep report data clean and consistent. This is part of our ongoing effort to support faster, more confident decision-making across your team.

We’ve streamlined the way you update Snap details.

The Manage panel now sits inside the report details view, making updates faster and more intuitive. Just click the “edit” button next to key fields like Status and Reference # to make any changes.

The Snapper Message panel has moved into its own dedicated space, so you can easily send templated messages without opening a new modal.

We’ve also added a handy copy button to fields like address, phone number, and Snapper name for quicker sharing.

More visibility with new report list columns

We’ve added new columns to the report list including; City, State, Phone, and Rating Feedback, giving you more ways to filter, quickly scan, and export the data that matters most to your team.

Need to focus on a specific region? Use the new City and State columns to tailor your view and filter reports more intuitively.

Looking to stay on top of community sentiment? The new Rating Feedback column makes it easier to spot reports with feedback from Snappers, especially when it’s not so positive.

Little things that make a big difference

We’ve refreshed the in-app ratings prompts for Snap Send Solve users, encouraging more timely feedback and giving your team more consistent CSAT insights.
