Accessing and storing videos

Video adds context—without adding complexity.

Here’s how video access works for your team:

  • For Solvers with the video feature enabled, each Snap video is included as a URL in the plain text email.
  • Videos are not attached directly to emails to avoid large file sizes or delivery issues. If your team doesn’t receive plain text emails, you can still view and download videos via the Report Details page on the Portal.
  • All videos are stored securely alongside the Snap, at no extra cost to you just like photos.
