API V3 supports richer media, including video uploads, giving your team a clearer picture of the issue, right from the start. Video helps you understand what’s happening on the ground.
Your system can now receive key Snapper actions as they happen, including marking a report as Solved or unsolved, cancelling a report, nudging for updates, or submitting a rating. These signals help ensure your internal records reflect all actions a Snapper is taking.
With API V3, your team can now access our AI-powered features, directly in your request management system. See when a report includes a sensitivity flag, so you can exercise caution when opening potentially graphic or confronting content. You’ll also see when a report has been matched and abandoned as a duplicate, helping you track outcomes and understand how our Duplicate Detection Algorithm is reducing noise behind the scenes.
